Portfolio Promo Photoshoot (Concept Photoshoots limited availability)

I am booking a limited number of portfolio promo sessions - these sessions will be offered at a SUPER discounted rate.

The intention of these sessions is to give both myself, and you some photos that you love at a discounted rate, as these are photos that I will use for my portfolio, marketing, and website as needed. These sessions are specifically curated, and each session available will have a specific mood board. Please review the mood boards accordingly, and reach out to me to discuss dates/times prior to booking. Please also reach out to me with any questions you may have. The mood boards reflect the gist of what I’d like to have in my portfolio, and the visions are flexible to a certain extent - please let me know your ideas for the vision as well!

The price reflects the session’s total cost, this cost is NOT per person involved.

What you will receive:

  • Posing instruction throughout the session (so that we can manifest the vision)

Expectations:

These sessions are perfect for anyone who is moving onto the next steps of their education - celebrate your hard work with a Graduation session! Choose from a variety of packages that fit your needs, each a little bit different for whatever stage you are looking to celebrate!

Indoor VS Outdoor Sessions:

Okay, so you’re ready to book a graduation session - let me break down the differences between the two types of sessions i offer - then you can explore the packages below to see which session type, and package combo may be right for the session you’re looking to book! If you have any questions beyond what i cover below, please contact me directly via email.

Indoor Sessions:

Indoor sessions will take place in a climate controlled photography studio, using basic seamless paper backdrops (White, Grey, Black, etc.) These photos will have controlled studio lighting. These sessions offer flexibility in the time of day that the session is booked, since we will be controlling the light artificially. A studio fee applies to these sessions.

Outdoor Sessions:

Outdoor sessions will take place outdoors, at a location predetermined by the photographer. These sessions will use natural light, and because of that we are limited to what time of day the sessions can be booked, this also varies by season. The best times to photograph out doors are early morning, or golden hour (about an hour before the sun sets). Depending on the look you want for your photos will determine whether you should book an AM, or a PM session. AM sessions offer a softer light, for softer photos - while PM sessions offer a beautiful golden glow that makes photos burst with color. Please be aware that depending on the location selected, additional fees may be required (park entrance fees, permit fees, etc.) Any additional fees will be disclosed once the location is selected. Please email me with any questions about these fees. *Photos shown were shot during golden hour + Just past golden hour, to create the dramatic look the client wanted.

Packages:

All sessions come with standard pose coaching from the photographer, so all of your photos will turn out just right! All sessions come with 2 looks minimum- your cap/gown + the outfit under the cap/gown. All sessions also include access for your family, I recommend that you bring you makes you confident + comfortable. Props are allowed as desired, but must be cleared with me first - some locations do not allow balloons, confetti, or glitter - so please let me know if you’d like to use any of those items prior to our photoshoot date, so that I can plan the location accordingly. Please note that you must provide any of the props you would like to use. *Base price does NOT reflect fees related to park admittance, Base price for indoor DOES reflect studio fees for basic studio, please note that if a specific studio is requested, there may be an additional fee (if it is more than the base studio fee built into the price.) Photos will be delivered digitally, unless otherwise stated.

Economy Package:

Package A - (Outdoor $350 base price):

  • 30 minutes of shooting time in 1 outdoor location selected by the photographer (If you have suggestions, please email me, I am flexible)

  • 10 delivered Images (fully edited)

  • 1 Outfit + Cap/Gown

  • 1 person included in the session (This is who will have their photo taken)

    • Please let me know if you need to add an additional person to the package, and I will deliver a custom quote for the additional person (additional images will also be provided, to allow for solo / group shots).

Package A (Indoor $500 *Includes basic studio fee):

  • 30 minutes of shooting time in a climate controlled studio

  • 10 delivered Images (fully edited)

  • 1 Outfit + Cap/Gown

  • 1 person included in the session (This is who will have their photo taken)

    • Please let me know if you need to add an additional person to the package, and I will deliver a custom quote for the additional person (additional images will also be provided, to allow for solo / group shots).

Standard Package ($550 base):

  • 60 minutes of shooting time in 1 outdoor location selected by the photographer (If you have suggestions, please email me, I am flexible)

Premier Package ($750 base):

Package C (Indoor $1000 *Includes basic studio fee):

  • 90 minutes of shooting time in a climate controlled studio, 115 minutes total in studio to allow time for outfit changes.

  • 45+ delivered Images (fully edited)

  • 1-4 Outfits + Cap/Gown

  • 1-2 people included in the session (Great for siblings, friends, etc.)

    • Please let me know if you need to add an additional person to the package, and I will deliver a custom quote for the additional person.

This studio space is ideal for all things spring - Easter photos, cosplay, Family photos, boudoir, and beyond!

These mini sessions include:

  • 5-8 Fully edited images, delivered digitally within my standard 7 days. (Rush edits available, additional fee applies)

  • 20 minute “mini” session, this includes any time needed for an outfit change, shooting time, etc.

  • No limit on group size (1-2 recommended for cosplayers to allow time for individual and group shots. If you are only looking for group shots, 2-4 recommended due to the size of the room)

Photoshoot at Velvet Kitten Studio (Cosplay, Boudoir + Beyond!)

Now is your time to shine kitten! These sessions are great for anyone who it looking to be the star of their show - your main character energy will shine both during, and after your session in this space!

This photoshoot includes:

*Your choice of 1-2 hours shooting in the studio, for a private session.

*Use of ALL sets in the studio (Studio has rotating sets, and seasonal sets, please refer to their social media prior to booking!) The studio offers 2-4 Sets depending on the season.

*No limit on number of people in your party (I recommend allowing for 20 mins per person for individual & group shots, but its totally up to you!) Please discuss what you have in mind with your party prior to the photoshoot to make this a smooth experience for everyone!

*No limit on outfits! (Bring as many as you think you can fit into your session! Please keep in mind that your session length includes any time it takes you to change, so please allow yourself enough time to swap outfits during our session as needed!) I recommend 1-3 outfits per/hour

Ashley Castle Photoshoot Experience

A photoshoot at Ashley Castle is not just a photoshoot, its an experience. Ashley Castle is a luxurious wedding venue that features castlesque architecture, as well as romantic motifs throughout the property. This property includes multiple crystal chandeliers, Greek inspired statues, and lots of greenery in the Garden. The photos shown also include some of my own work from past clients and events I’ve photographed personally at the castle.

About these sessions:

These sessions are great for anyone who wants a magical moment at the castle this may include couples, cosplayers, families, mommy + me sessions, or beyond! This session can be booked by anyone, and is for anyone. I simply ask the following:

  • Groups may be no more than 4 people (no exceptions, this is the venues rule) Please note that that applies whether you are a group of 4 people getting your picture taken, or if you are one person getting your picture taken and want to bring a friend or family member along to help you - the limit is 4 people MAXIMUM.

  • Please plan outfits that are appropriate - this is NOT the venue for boudoir, or implies shots. There may be other photographers working with their clients on the property during our session, and we want to be respectful of them and their boundaries as well.

  • Props and outfit changes are welcome, please pack out what you pack in - and think about your session length so that you do not overpack. Generally, you should plan to be actively shooting in an outfit for roughly 20 mins, please keep in mind that the session time that you book also needs to include the time it takes you to change your outfit as needed.

1 Hour Session ($450):

*Edited images included, RAW photos will not be provided. Edits include basic smoothing, color correction, and color grading. Please consider reviewing my portfolio to ensure that my editing style meets your needs prior to booking. If you have a specific style you would like the images edited to, please discuss that prior to booking to see what accommodations can be made. Certain styles of photos require me to shoot with certain settings, so I need to ensure I am prepared to meet your expectations prior to our scheduled shoot date. That being said, at no time will you ever be allowed to apply additional edits to the photos provided, as the images are protected under copyright laws.
